The arrival time is from 14:00 to 18:00, later arrivals are possible by prior arrangement. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10.00 a.m. and hand in the key at reception. Late departures are possible depending on occupancy and only by prior arrangement.

If you cancel up to 4 weeks before the start of your vacation, there are no cancellation costs. If canceled within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. From 7 nights before the day of arrival, 90% of the total package price will be charged. In the event of cancellation one day before the day of arrival or on the day of arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged.

Free parking is available for our guests directly in front of the house.

In winter, half board is automatically included in the room price. In summer we do not offer half board.

We serve our extensive breakfast buffet every morning from 7.30 to 10.00 am. Enjoy the offer to your heart’s content, but it is not permitted to take away food – under the motto: Eat your fill and get fit, but please don’t take anything with you! An earlier breakfast is possible by prior arrangement.

Please let us know if you have any food intolerances. Our kitchen team will be happy to take your wishes into account.

In summer we offer our guests a bike hut where you can store your mountain bike or e-bike, protected from the weather and locked away.

You can charge your e-bike in our bike hut every day. However, don’t forget to bring your charging cable with you.

To avoid unnecessary dirt in the rooms, you can leave your wet and dirty ski boots and hiking boots in the drying room in the cellar.

Within a few minutes’ walk or drive from the guesthouse you will find various stores and restaurants for all tastes. We will be happy to advise you on your choice.

You will receive the National Park SummerCard directly from us on arrival.
